If you try to log in and you are brought back to the login screen
with an error message “The current
session
has expired”, you should lower the “privacy” settings on your browser so that you can accept cookies.
- In Internet Explorer 7, choose Tools > Internet Options.
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- Set it to “Low” so that your browser will accept the Communication Center cookie.
DID YOU KNOW…?
- Right clicking on a PDF asset and selecting “Show Original” will bring up a full size document that you can read or print immediately.
- You can also right click on an asset and download it directly from the pop-up menu, bypassing the collection basket.
- If you right click on an asset and your browser menu pops up and covers the Communications Center menu, hit the escape key (Esc) on your keyboard to reveal the Communication Center options.
- You can click on the Details View icon
to view assets in a list and see their file names, notes, creation date, and size at a glance.

Thumbnail icon on the toolbar.
- You can view the notes for an asset in Details View, or by right-clicking the asset and choosing “Information.”
